With this future growth in mind, the company has begun optimizing its systems and building an internal system that can accommodate future expansion into platform businesses. It implemented a series of business processes, including product management, manufacturing, outsourcing, and shipping, on the cloud-based database "kintone" (Cybozu), and linked mission-critical system, core system and peripheral systems with data integration tool" DataSpider International." By linking each system with DataSpider International, we have accelerated the automation of tasks that were previously done manually. Depending on the task, the amount of manual work time has been reduced to almost zero, and the administrative burden on field leaders has been greatly reduced.
