Towa Denki, a trading company for electrical and electronic materials, introduced a BI tool to speed up the creation of monthly sales performance reports. By using the EAI tool, they were able to compile and analyze data without making any changes to their core systems. This dramatically reduced the burden of manual data compilation and analysis work, which previously took two people seven business days each month, and also shortened the time it took to provide the results to the sales department (end users) by approximately one week.
