Nissan Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in 1887 (Meiji 20) as Japan's first chemical fertilizer manufacturer. Today, as a comprehensive chemical manufacturer, it handles a wide range of businesses, from basic chemicals to pesticides, pharmaceuticals, and electronic materials, and has production bases both domestically and overseas. The company introduced DataSpider in 2007 and has been using it to build systems such as a sales budget management system.
DataSpider not only allows databases from various systems to coexist in a single script, but also unifies integration with Excel and email, allowing development to incorporate user work. A major benefit is that development projects that were previously outsourced can now be done in-house using DataSpider.
